I have worked with Ryan at Precision Pools for about 3 years. I can call him up with questions/concerns about my old pool system (that he knows well). I manage and operate 8 HOA pools. Ryan at Precision Pools is seriously the best to work with and he's been very good to us over the years. It was worth the wait, love it. The crew were awesome. They walked me through repairing the pump and gave me references to get parts to repair the cover. It's customer service like this that makes me so happy.

We ran into some trouble getting our new hot tub up and running on our own. Called Precision Pools and got a service appointment scheduled. Paul came out and had everything functioning and ready to go in about an hour. He also walked me through all the steps and taught me everything we needed to know to keep it up. Paul is the absolute BEST!

I had never used Precision Pools & Spas before this week, but they had good ratings so thought I would give them a try. I had a problem with my salt system and the pumps were not coming on. I called on a Tuesday and got an appointment for the following Monday. Paul showed up first thing on Monday morning. He found the problem fast and things were back up and running quickly. He was great to work with! I will definitely use Precision Pools in the future.

I wanted to write this review was because of the stark contrast I have had with other contractors and customer service departments lately (fencing, sprinklers, lawn care, restaurants). Raphael from Precision Pool was professional, courteous and friendly, and I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was doing, and took pride in doing it right! You are lucky to have him as an employee, and I was lucky to have his assigned to my service call. Thanks Raphael!
